This week is National Library Week and all of the District librarians are rolling out the new “Ask a Librarian” feature for Distance Learning. Check out the Ask a Librarian Page on the District Distance Learning website for additional info and a short video from your District Librarians.
Or Parents/Students can submit their questions directly to this Google Form.
As we move to a distance learning model, it is important that parents and students remain in contact with teachers.
Each teacher will set out their own version of this- whether they will meet with students via phone calls, emails, or online meetings, but all will follow this block schedule. Students should check in with their teachers twice each week to monitor progress, ask questions, or just check in. Students should check their Google Classrooms for more details.
Please refer to the attached document to find out when your teacher will be available. There is a schedule for AM students and for PM students, check the tabs at the bottom of the page. Office hours are periods of time when teachers are available to talk with students or parents from any course or class period without a previously set up meeting.
If you have any questions, please contact our principal, Ms. Duggan: Miriam.Duggan@sweetwaterschools.org
We have compiled a list of community resources that may be helpful in this difficult time, including COVID-19 testing, reproductive health, and mental health services.
Please check the linked document for a regularly updated contact list to keep your family safe and healthy.
See attached flyer for details on the March 16 and March 17 clinics, hosted by San Ysidro Health.
